Changes to your booking
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change the date, time, property details or cleaning scope.
Cancellations
Any cancellation fee or loss of a deposit will only apply where it was disclosed and agreed as part of the booking or quotation. Short-notice cancellations may affect future availability.
Access problems
If cleaners cannot reasonably access the property at the confirmed time, the booking may need to be rescheduled and additional costs may apply where they were disclosed in advance.
Our changes
If we need to reschedule because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you and offer a practical alternative where possible.
